Samsung has recently unveiled the most awaited smartphone of the year which is known as Samsung Galaxy S5 at Mwc 2014 in Barcelona. The phone has finally reached India and in anticipation of that the price of its predecessor dropped sharply.
The Galaxy S5 is all set to go on sale in India for Rs.45,500/- which is in USD 745 and in Euro 540, which is a little more than what the Galaxy S4 cost when it launched (Rs.41,500/-).
Now the Galaxy S4 has since been dropped to Rs.28,800/- ($490/€355) but unfortunately this is the I9500 (Exynos chipset) model.
The amazing thing is that - Galaxy S5 was shortly available for sale on Saholic but has since been removed. From now within one month the phone might go on sale in India.
In Europe the target launch date of this smartphone is in April and the device costs €600 or more, although this latest posting suggests that these pre-order prices might be over-inflated.
