Oppo has officially announced its mid-range Oppo Joy in Indonesia. This is an dual-SIM Android smartphone and it will go on sale in the country in the near future for about $138 (Rs.8,900/-) in black or white color.
The phone has a 4-inch display with 800 x 480 pixels and is powered by 1.3 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android v4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS. It features a MediaTek SoC Cortex-A7 CPU, Mali 400 GPU, and 512MB of RAM.
There’s 4GB of built-in memory on board and a microSD card slot for further expansion. The phone has a 3 MP camera with LED flash and at the front of the phone there’s a 0.3 MP camera. The connectivity options of the phone include HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and microUSB port.

There is no word on availability of the Oppo Joy in India and outside of Indonesia. We wouldn’t be surprised to see the handset in other markets.
